Isopods are important for bioactive set ups or as a food source for larger animals. They are effective in removing larger debris like leaf litter and keeping your enclosure healthy

The two species I currently have are:

- Porcellionides pruinosus (powder blue) - more active and quick temperament, breed quicker but also consume more (first photo)

- Armadillidium vulgare - docile temperament and tend to burrow (second photo)

I do approx. 15 individuals which is more than enough for a healthy starter culture
